Preferred solution: Fix the *** she and increase the extremely low loading time it often takes as much as two minutes to load and freezes sometimes for five minutes or more

I don't know what's wrong with your Pluto TV ad but it's really acting up I hope you get it worked out so people can watch that they want to watch on Pluto
Yeah, I had trouble with your Pluto. It comes in and says it's not available, and then sometimes it comes in with commercials, and then it freezes up.
So I hope you get it worked out soon.
That's supposed to be a free app. Well, hahaha, whatever.

Nothing but issues
Pluto never remembers my password so I've had to reset it every single time for months. Now it refuses to verify my account.
The only verification is my email, which they use to send the reset code. Live chatted with customer service multiple times. No result.
Emailed their customer service. Never got a reply.

My order of mostly fruit fruit was delivered to the wrong address by Fed Ex. I called them to complain and they never replied. I called them and recording said Case Closed! I tried to call you and
I wrote everything above, I am out almost $90.00 worth of fruit and I never got a reason why my order was delivered across town. I at least expected an apology!

Try to change it and it will stay stuck on the same channel for days, and if it does change, it will just buffer.
